Bringing Wisdom to Power.

The fate of both humanity and the planet hinges on the decisions that our leaders make. I have dedicated my life to raising the consciousness of those whose decisions have the biggest impact. Most leaders don’t make the time to become experts in how their body and mind operate. I do little else.

25 years ago I fell into a deep, suicidal depression. Everything I was being offered from all of the powers that be felt hollow. I could not imagine a life worth living. I made plans to end it all.

It was only when I stepped into a level of radical self responsibility, taking ownership for my thoughts, my emotions, and my relationship to them that I began to heal, transform, develop a vision for my life, and learn to cherish simple moments.

I then spent 13 years living what often felt like a double life. By day I worked in the security industry protecting boundaries for corporate and government clients. By night I was a fitness obsessed musician, philosopher, and psychonaut hell bent on dissolving boundaries and understanding the nature of our reality as deeply as possible. Life was “good” by any objective measure, but beneath it all a malaise, a constant sense of something being off, persisted.

The concept LifeStyle Integrity emerged as the life I was living began to fall apart. I was living in NYC, had a six figure salary, an office in midtown I rarely went to, plenty of travel, a beautiful apartment in trendy Williamsburg, and a very full social life. Friends told me I had it made. Something felt off. The schism I felt between my deepest inner truths and the way I was making a living in the world had to be healed. I wanted to show up as my full self, with nothing held back, in every moment, whether playing music, leading a discussion on philosophy, drunk with friends, or making a living. I admitted I was living out of integrity.

I decided to risk it all to chart a new course. I quit my career, ended my lease, said goodbye to all my friends, and decided to spend a year alone on top of a mountain dedicated to exploration and transformation full time. During this sabbatical a vision formed for the life I now live.
